Integrating Factors, Inc. (IFI) is a process consulting and technology services firm based in Princeton, NJ.  IFI provides end-to-end services ranging from business process streamlining and optimization services to IT solution architecture, design, delivery and maintenance.  IFI serves clients in diverse industries including banking, capital markets, health and life sciences, as well as state and local governments.  IT service offerings include application integration, SOA enablement, business intelligence and data warehousing, content management and portals, custom application development, platform migrations and conversions, and application maintenance.

Leadership Team

Richard Brant is a Client Partner in IFI specializing in information strategy. He has 25+ years of experience managing the design and implementation of information technology systems in a variety of industries. Prior to joining IFI, Richard had extensive consulting experience as a partner with Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture). He specialized in directing the implementation of large integrated IT systems for clients in government, utilities, consumer products and other industries.

Richard also has comprehensive experience in senior IT management positions in large corporations where he helped manage IT organizations through periods of technical and cultural transition.  Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University.

Jim Lotterer is a Client Partner specializing in Operational Excellence and Change Management, with a focus on the Product Development and Product Fulfillment Processes. He is a former Partner in Coopers & Lybrand's Center for Operations Technology, and has extensive experience applying the techniques of strategic planning, corporate restructuring, turnaround, and implementing world class operational tactics and systems. More recently, he was the Partner in charge of Computer Science Corporation's Aerospace and Defense Consulting Practice, where he helped Aerospace Manufacturers apply e-business and information systems technologies to reengineered processes in order to improve responsiveness, flexibility and cost.

Jim is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Electronics Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, with emphasis on General Management.

Umar Salahuddin is a Client Partner with several years of experience in business process reengineering, manufacturing technology and flow redesign, Lean Manufacturing implementation, and inventory optimization. He has spent several years re-engineering business processes for the manufacturing and financial services industries across North America, Europe, and Asia, leading client teams through complex transitions across functions and geographies.
Umar holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Raghu Nathan is a Client Partner specializing in IT solution delivery.  Raghu has extensive experience leading people and project teams, implementing and overseeing technology programs, and administering multimillion-dollar budgets. Mr. Nathan possesses an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications. He has nearly twenty years of IT experience with large systems deployment, enterprise integration, business intelligence and knowledge management.

Raghu has expertise in technology operations, relationship and team building, strategic planning, quality and performance improvement, project management, budgeting and financial Planning, processes reengineering, and turnaround and crisis management.
